OverviewZelis is modernizing the healthcare financial experience for all and we’re growing! We’re looking for a Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. This role will be responsible for building and managing the operational excellence of the Talent Acquisition function, ensuring compliance, efficiency and scalability. This role will also lead the data and analytics strategy for Talent Acquisition, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement and optimize the hiring process. This role will report to the VP of Talent Acquisition and partner with the TA leadership team and key stakeholders across the organization.

About the role

Develop and implement Talent Acquisition operations strategy, policies, and processes to support global business objectives and growth plans.

Support the Talent Acquisition technology stack, including the Workday ATS, ensuring optimal functionality, user adoption, data integrity and compliance.

Design and deliver Talent Acquisition dashboards, reports and analytics, leveraging data to measure performance, identify trends, evaluate effectiveness and provide actionable insights.

Guide and manage the contractor recruitment process, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and scalability.

Manage all TA vendor relationships.

Drive continuous improvement across TA systems, hiring processes, etc.

Monitor and analyze contractor recruitment metrics to measure performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.

Lead and execute Talent Acquisition programs and initiatives, such as candidate experience, global processes, referral program, onboarding partnership, etc.

Oversee the Talent Acquisition compliance and audit activities, ensuring adherence to internal and external regulations, policies and best practices.

Manage and coach the Talent Acquisition Operations team (of 1), providing guidance, feedback and development opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, such as HR, IT, Finance, Legal, vendors, etc.

Research and benchmark Talent Acquisition best practices, trends and innovations, and recommend solutions to enhance the function.

About You

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.

7-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources, with at least 5 years in Talent Acquisition Operations, or transferable field.

Strong knowledge and experience with Workday ATS, or similar system, and other Talent Acquisition technologies and tools.

Expertise in Talent Acquisition data and analytics, with the ability to create dashboards, reports and presentations using various platforms and tools.

Proven track record of building and managing Talent Acquisition operations, processes and programs in a fast-paced, dynamic and global environment.

Excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and across multiple locations and time zones.

Strong project management, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize, execute and deliver results.

High attention to detail, quality and accuracy, with a continuous improvement mindset.

Passion for Talent Acquisition and delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

Experience working on a global team preferred.
