We're looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist. This is a hybrid role or remote on Pacific hours. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you'll be responsible for:
Process semi-monthly US and Canadian payroll.
Report US and Canada equity transactions in payroll.
Perform variable pay, stock, or other supplemental or non-recurring pay runs, ensuring tax deposits.
Ensure reporting and payment of the employer's and employees' withholding taxes and withholdings.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
5+ years of processing payroll for publicly traded companies.
Experience processing payroll with Ceridian Dayforce.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience processing payroll with ADP Workforce Now.
Experience with Microsoft Excel, NetSuite, SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.
