We are looking to hire a Chief Operating Officer to oversee our company’s operational processes and its success. The COO will optimize the company's operating capabilities, employ strategies to increase revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and manage marketing initiatives. You will compile performance reports, and control policies and procedures. You will team up with management to implement business strategies. To be successful in this role, you will be an exemplary leader, have superb business acumen, and have sound business strategies.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the other members of the management team to oversee business operations.

Spearhead strategies to steer the company’s future in a positive direction.

Drive the company’s operating capabilities to surpass customer onboarding and internal/external retention, and company goals.

Control company costs, and introduce tactical initiatives to address cost of goods and marketing expenditures.

Prepare timely and accurate performance reports.

Delegate responsibilities to ensure staff members grow as capable participants.

Employ various initiatives to coach employees to optimize their capabilities.

Complete performance reviews in a prudent manner.

Assess and implement improved processes and new technologies, collaborating with management regarding the implementation of these improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master’s degree in a business-related field.

Extensive experience in a leadership position.

4 years of experience directing sales and operations, and strategies.

Experience in strategic planning, business development, and integrator execution.

Ability to point to specific examples of having led organizational transformation and process development.

Proven track record of managing complex sales and operations.

Demonstrated experience of ethical leadership.

Outstanding verbal and written skills, and experience working with staff on all levels.

Ability to make business projections into the future.

Experience in increasing revenue and taking a business unit to the next level.

Job Type:

Full-time

Pay:

$100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
