This position will join as a Contractor for the first 4 months and based on performance and fit, may be offered the role as a fulltime employee.The Marketing Director is responsible for all marketing programs, brand management, communications, social media, public relations while also actively seeking & capitalizing on business development opportunities. The Marketing Director will drive growth by creating demand for the entire portfolio across all sales channels. The Marketing Director will create a marketing plan & execute it while monetizing & monitoring the results/performance & adjusting appropriately. Data driven analysis, forecasting impact & tracking of the success of all initiatives will be essential.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Directs the development and execution of comprehensive, measurable strategic marketing plans to meet goals and objectives of the company.Oversees the development and maintenance of marketing budgets; prepares reports as needed.Develops and implements aggressive and creative marketing campaigns, promotions, and programs.Directs, coordinates, and supervises the development, design, and production of promotional and collateral materials.Researches, analyzes, and monitors financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities.Oversees development of plans, programs, and promotions to improve market penetration and meet corporate objectives.Directs the coordination, management, and communication of market research and competitive analysis.Develops, maintains, and manages consistent corporate image throughout all marketing and promotional materials and product lines.Hires, trains, supervises, motivates, and develops marketing staff; manages schedules and workflow.Assigns duties and monitors quality of work; assures staff conforms to organizational policies and procedures and government regulations.Provides day-to-day guidance and oversight of subordinates; actively works to promote and recognize performance.Monitors overall activities of the media department; identifies problem areas and directs corrective actions.Performs other duties as assigned by CEO.Qualifications (work experience, preferred skills and education)

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent in related field.Four to six years related experience.Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating a team.Commitment to excellence and high standards.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Excellent presentation skills.Basic competence in direct reports’ duties and tasks.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Ability to manage priorities and workflow.Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects.Proven leadership and business acumen skills.Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.Creative, flexible, and innovative team player.
