Job DescriptionPosition Summary:The Senior HRIS Workday Lead is an integral part of the HR team responsible for the governance, delivery, service levels, and maintenance of various information technology applications including our Human Capital Management system, Workday.The Lead is accountable for leadership, development, coaching, and influence for a team of direct and indirect reports and works collaboratively across the Financial Systems Team and Human Resources (HR) teams to implement improvements in functionality to support an excellent employee experience.Primary Accountabilities:

Technical (60%)

Support the management, development, ongoing maintenance, and technical support of the Workday HR System, including but not limited to HCM, Benefits, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Performance Management, Absence Management, security and integrations.Assist center of excellence leads (recruiting, HCM, benefits, learning, talent, projects, compensation, performance management) with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.Serve as Workday SME to support and understand new functionality and features.Collaborate cross-functionally to document requirements, assess downstream impacts, configure and test new functionality or enhancements.Provide proactive approaches using the company’s HRIS to solve business needs/problems while also enhancing the understanding and acceptance of the HRIS capabilities.Collaborate with stakeholders across all functions (HR, Finance, IT, Operations) to maintain and develop processes that will create a best in class HR operations platform and an excellent employee experience.Lead projects and teams; obtain key partner buy-in, develop requirements, build/test, prepare for change management, go-live and conduct post-mortem feedback improvements.Ensure data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.Support change management including development of user procedures, reference guides and other documentation as needed.Ensure the proper security administration, configuration and system processes are in place and appropriately maintained and that they comply with internal and external audit standards.Maintain awareness of vendor plans and the potential impact of those plans on current and future HRIS functionality.Leadership (40%)

Drive a high performing team and culture of accountability through clear expectations, priority setting, frequent touchpoints and feedback.Manage the governance process within HRIS to drive priority setting and effective tenant management strategies across the business.Identify key metrics to monitor Workday utilization and identify trends, root causes and solutions to drive efficiency and scale within Workday.Encourage teamwork through cooperative interaction with teammates both on their own team, and other team members within HR and across Inmar departments.Manage vendor relationships – build relationships with HRIS vendors and other third-party providers.Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Computer Science or related field of study.5-7 years of progressive HRIS experience with a focus on establishing vision, strategy and tactics that drive organizational performance and results; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position.Experience designing, configuring and administering Workday and other HRIS-relevant products.Experience with managing third-party relationships and contract negotiations.Experience holding external vendors accountable for contracted service levels.Experience in a global environment.Experience in implementing acquisitions.Project management experience.Preferred Qualifications:
