This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner to join the Americas Customer Service HR team. This position will serve as a trusted advisor to its key executives, utilizing experience to identify, create, and deliver innovative and pragmatic solutions, while implementing processes and procedures to address business needs. This role is a combination of a hands-on execution position with the opportunity to lead strategy initiatives across a growing business unit. This Human Resource partner role will service up to 500 employees. This role will report to the Director, Human Resources for Customer Service.

Tasks and Qualifications:This is What You Will do in This Role:

Empower Americas CS by delivering end-to-end HR solutions that enable sustainable structures, target culture and organizational health. Activities span headcount planning, hiring and immersion strategies, organization design, performance management, employee relations, compensation planning, career development, and other special projects.

Provide insightful coaching, strategic consultation, and active development to senior business leaders.

Partner with senior leaders to operationalize a target culture and sustainable people strategies (organizational design, change management, talent development, etc.).

Facilitate engagement and career development sessions.

Lead performance management and succession planning activities across assigned client groups.

Actively monitor and consult on KPIs, providing data-centric thought partnership to leaders.

Translate and administer HR policies, processes, and programs to ensure our business functions thrive across diverse geographies.

Manage employee relations matters and processes within assigned client groups, ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

Proactively safeguard the organization by identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring we stay legally compliant and resilient.

What We are Looking For:

Bachelor's degree with a preferred focus in business, human resources, sociology, or psychology.

Multiple years of progressive, full-spectrum HR experience, with demonstrated HR partnership at the senior level.

Demonstrated experience building business acumen to help design and drive HR solutions.

Ability to apply comprehensive knowledge of operational and strategic HR to the successful completion of complex assignments.

Demonstrated ability and experience working effectively in a self-directed, proactive, results-oriented way to support a fast-paced environment.

Comprehensive knowledge of applicable local/country employment laws.

Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, Enterprise HCMs (Workday strongly preferred) and PowerBI or related tools.
