Working closely with a team, this person will execute a continuous improvement strategy, including driving Lean process frameworks, utilizing technology-based tools to drive efficiency, and ensuring all employees are empowered to continuously improve. The CI leader will help identify and support opportunities for improvement in accuracy, timeliness, efficiency and ensure there's value to the stakeholders with regards to cost, quality, safety, and service.What we offer:

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $125,000 - $225,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will Do In This Role:Coaches/Develops CI behaviors with the leadership and provides structure for CI across the organization.Liaisons with other functions to ensure regional alignment and deployment.Drives Regional Strategy Development & Deployment Policy and organizational performance measurement (“Hoshin Kanri”).With leadership drives, leads the growth and maturation of the continuous improvement culture.Leads the structure and deployment for system-level (“value stream”) programs, projects, and events.Provides organizational support for top CI initiatives and structure for functional CI initiative support.Develops, manages, and implements the CI systems, processes, and tools utilized to drive business results, and ensures teach/coach/mentor enablement for CI.Executes and drives best practice tools and techniques to extract, quantify, interpret, analyze, summarize, and visually display and present data for use in CI.Coaches leaders to establish performance measurement systems and KPIs aligned with goals and organizational objectives.What We Are Looking For:Bachelor of Science in technical field required.7+ years experience in continuous improvement and business transformation.Certified Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma. Additional Change Management and behavioral science experience preferred.Interface experience internally at all levels and with suppliers, subcontractors, and customers at all organizational levels.Skills:Excellent leadership, teamwork, influencing, mentoring, coaching and interpersonal skills.Intellectually curious, excellent analytical, organization and time management skills.Thrives in a fast-paced environment.Effective communication skills including demonstrated stand-up presentation skills, group facilitation and ability to effectively interact with internal customers.Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively in a team-based organization and with employees of all levels and backgrounds across all functions.Change agent with the ability to lead and influence in the face of ambiguity and complexity.Proven track record of leading and building a successful continuous improvement culture in a large multinational organization.Travel up to 25% to other Dematic offices or identified locations for meetings and business needs.About Us
