Creative Project Manager

Our Metrowest agency client is looking for an onsite Creative Project Manager for an immediate contract going the next 2+ months; agency experience preferred as well as experience with pharma/healthcare clients and experience with Veeva is a huge plus!Responsibilities:• Plan, manage and schedules projects including emails and landing pages, marketing collateral, one sheeters, promotional materials, etc.• Work closely with Account, Strategic, Creative, and Solution Leads to plan and ideate solutions• Act as a POC for client and lead meetings, including agendas, status reports and meeting notes.• Developed and manage scopes and budgets• Document requirements for the projects• Oversee the teams’ project work and ensure quality of deliverables• Manage third-party partners• Oversee the review and revision process, ensuring changes are implemented and quality is assured• Provide client support throughout the project from start through to completion and wrap-upRequirements:• 5+years similar experience in a creative agency or in house agency• Pharmaceutical client or agency-side experience• Experience in project managing digital and traditional assets• Budget development, management and financial delivery experience• Experience simultaneously managing multiple projects, teams and clients• Experience working directly with clients• Strong quality control and approval routing experience; using best practices and tools to support• The ability to work well with team members at all levels of an organization, understanding needs, challenges and priorities, and keeping constituents motivated and informed
