Cramer Health is a specialty team within the agency that focuses on Content Marketing and Strategy with a focus on Patient Retention and AdherenceWe are seeking a Senior Account Manager to build undeniable relationships with our Cramer Health clients. Cramer Senior Account Managers are go-getters who know Cramer’s business well and can effectively manage expectations to provide great client service. They are solid on process and ensure delivery of stated objectives established by our clients and internal teams.Senior Account Managers work with cross-functional teams including Strategy, Creative, Project Management and Operations to ensure client objectives are exceeded. They must have solid client management skills, comfort with presenting and running meetings, and the ability to manage the day-to-day business within a diverse client portfolio.This role is full-time and requires the employee to work on-site in Norwood, MA five days a week.Key Responsibilities:Form strong relationships with clients to increase loyalty, proactively service the relationship and find organic opportunities for growthAbility to prioritize client and agency needs for the team and lead them through changesDemonstrate strong financial management skills, finding the most cost-effective outcome for our clients and profitability for Cramer
