Full Stack Lead Java Developer
with experience developing and building high-performing, scalable, enterprise applications. You will be part of a digital software team that works on high-demand applications. You will work side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together in order to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users.

Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable and efficient software architectures using Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
Oversee the development and deployment of applications on Linux environments.
Provide technical expertise in Java 8, Spring Boot, Spring Framework to ensure high-quality code and build processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Utilize JDBC for database connectivity and ensure seamless data integration.
Lead the development of asset and wealth management solutions, leveraging domain expertise.
Ensure code quality and maintainability through the use of best practices and design patterns.
Implement and maintain version control using GIT for efficient collaboration and code management.
Develop and maintain XML and JSON data structures for data interchange.
Utilize SLF4J for logging and monitoring application performance.
Explore and integrate Kotlin and YAML for enhanced functionality and configuration management.
Apply JPA for object-relational mapping and database interactions.
Conduct unit testing using JUnit5 to ensure code reliability and performance.
Leverage Lombok to reduce boilerplate code and improve development efficiency.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
Required Qualifications:
Expecting 8 to 12 years of experience as a Strong Java Full Stack Lead Developer in Java, MicroServices, and PCF Cloud platform.
Front-end:
React JS, Redux, JavaScript, ECMA
Designing front-end interfaces
Building tools that improve site interaction
Creating and implementing UI/UX designs
Coding in client-side programming languages
Java:
Java 8, Spring Framework, Spring Cloud, PCF
Designing back-end systems
Supporting the full application lifecycle
Building relational or non-relational databases
Coding in server-side programming languages
