This post is advertised to provide support to the department in delivery of equipment and software as the Trust continues to expand and develop its digital strategy. This post will support the roll out of equipment and software as part of the end user device replacement programme which involves the setup and distribution of equipment to all areas of the organisation.This is an exciting time to join the team as we embark on a long term programme of ambitious digital change, including:Electronic Health Record (eHR)Electronic Prescribing and Medicines Administration (ePMA)Microsoft 365End User Device modernisation including Windows 11 and VDISuccessful candidates will work within a busy Digital Services Department and will have the opportunity to develop and learn within an environment of experienced staff.Person specification

Qualifications

GCSEs including English & Maths Grade C or equivalent.Formal computing related qualification or equivalent level of experienceECDL or Equivalent.Customer Service QualificationSpecial Requirements

Methodical approach to work following set guidelinesAbility to work on own initiative and as part of a team.Ability to travel across sitesEvidence of Particular

Knowledge of configuration/installation of PC applications, peripherals and hardware.Proficient in using Microsoft WindowsProficient in using Office and/or other Desktop applications.Good verbal and written communication skills.Knowledge of Windows, Apple and Android endpoints.Knowledge of Dell Hardware.Knowledge of Mobile Device Management.Previous Experience
