Become a key player as a Business Process Manager:The Adobe Buying Programs team offers scalable purchasing options for organizations of all sizes; our goal is to provide an overall exceptional buying experience for our customers. As a contractor on the Business Process Management team, you will be responsible for creating, testing and documenting business process and system improvements supporting all Adobe's subscription and Buying Programs.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:

Serve as product owner and UAT test lead for our B2B low touch Quote-to-Cash workflows.

Analyze complex business requirements, translate them into epics and user stories, and later into test scenarios and test plans.

Effectively communicate test strategy, test results, risks, and recommendations to the core project team and stakeholders.

Facilitate weekly collaboration meetings with cross-functional teams to address issues, discuss solutions, and prioritize system enhancements.

Write documentation and create process flow charts for new or changing business processes.

Triage Production issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to find corrective solutions.

Participate in scrum calls, backlog grooming, prioritization, design sessions and demos, as needed.

Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required

7+ years of relevant professional experience, working with diverse stakeholders across engineering, product management, product marketing and business teams

Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; can effectively convey complex information to above stakeholders.

Quote-to-cash knowledge is a plus

Experience in sunsetting applications or processes is a plus

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Working knowledge of standard software applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Acrobat)

Other nice to have skills include experience with Jira, SAP, MS SharePoint, Atlassian Confluence, APIs / automation processes, and subscriptions business model knowledge

Pay Range:$74.00 - $81.90//hour
