We are seeking a Head of Strategic Partnerships with enterprise SaaS software experience, a quantitative and analytical mindset, and proven record of success to join our team and contribute to our mission of transforming the billing landscape. The overarching goal of the Head of Strategic Partnerships is to efficiently scale Gotransverse revenue through new and existing partnerships. The work location will be hybrid-remote based, with the general expectation of at least 2-3 days in our downtown global headquarters in Austin, Texas.

In the Head of Strategic Partnerships role, you will:

Partner Program Strategy:

Create and execute the partner program strategy, including the design of a vision that aligns with business objectives, and the identification and prioritization of key partner segments.

Cultivate strong relationships with key partners, serving as the primary point of contact and advocate for their interests within the company.

Establish a strong go-to-market framework and governance model to monitor its lifecycle from pipeline creation to closure.

Define and establish SMART goals, reviewing and adjusting as needed.

Prioritize scalable initiatives to meet aggressive revenue goals.

Work with Partner Marketing teams (in conjunction with ours) to promote joint value propositions to increase market visibility as well as internal promotion within each partner.

Support Internal Teams:

Develop the necessary infrastructure to support the partner programs and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of partner initiatives.

Work closely with the marketing team to develop compelling sales materials and presentations, also acting as a brand ambassador to the market.

Performance Management:

Work closely with industry analysts to promote the company’s mission and vision.

Manage KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to drive revenue growth from partnerships.

Set and ensure the right metrics and KPIs are in place to effectively evaluate success.

Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of efforts, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

Provide regular reports and insights on metrics and their impact on business goals.

Who you are:

A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in partner program management, business development, or a related role within the software industry is required, along with a proven track record of designing and scaling partner programs that drive revenue growth.

10+ years of experience working with global systems integrators and SaaS product partners to drive revenue growth.

Strong technical acumen with the ability to develop functional architectures between partner companies.

Fintech SaaS software experience preferred.

Billing and/or Accounting/ERP software background preferred.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with strong business acumen, and the ability to both lead a team and engage at an executive level.

Qualifications include strong customer-facing skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain deep relationships with both partners and internal stakeholders.

The role demands an entrepreneurial mindset, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a strong focus on collaboration and innovation.

A Challenger mindset is also critical, disrupting the status-quo and challenging existing ways of working, always in a collaborative manner, but looking for new ways to solve new and existing problems.

Must be assertive and proactive for self-onboarding within the company.
