We are seeking a Sr Staff Supplier Quality Engineer who will work collectively with multiple functions within ZT to drive quality improvements across all our products and processes. The Supplier Quality Engineer will analyze field, production, and supplier data to develop plans and improvement actions as well as driving root cause and corrective actions on major quality excursions and impacts to yield rates. This position will be based out of our Secaucus, NJ office.What You Will DoDrive internal Failure Analysis and partner with Supplier for RCA.Develop component level validation testing plans on new technologies.Benchtop level debugging and electrical failure analysis on PCBA and component level.Contribute in DFMEA reviews to call out potential failure modes early in the product lifecycle.Run meetings with supplier to review factory/field failures, OSV data, NPI failures and open FA requests.Drive cross-functional teams to make improvements to relevant quality processes.What You BringB.S. degree in Engineering. Electrical or Computer Engineering background preferred.5+ years’ experience of working with System integration.Experience managing suppliers.Knowledge of x86 architecture.Experience with PCIe Gen4 and Gen5.Strong debugging skills at component and module levels, as well as system integration.Experience with developing test scripts, log parsers, and implementing automation methods (Python).Knowledgeable with oscilloscopes, waveform generators, DC supply, protocol analyzers.About ZT Systems
