Job Description:Responsible for leading the Regional commercial team of sales and pre-sales specialists to grow business across the Cybersecurity solution offers in external customers of all sizes, within an assigned geography.What will you do?

Regional Leader responsible for achieving sustainable results from a highly engaged, highly skilled and high performing team of Cybersecurity sales and pre-sales specialists.Ensures the development of tailored value propositions and strategies for customer communication.Combines consultative selling, solution selling, digital solution architecture and business case approaches to develop tactical plans to achieve company goals and directives.Coaches team to ensure validated opportunities are developed to close. Identifies which opportunities are likely to be valuable for the customer and profitable for Schneider Electric.Manages after sales customer success and develops new opportunities to extend the scope of the sales.What's in it for you?

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

Bachelor’s Degree in a business, marketing, engineering or computer related field is desirable but not essential.10+ years’ experience in a digital sales / solution environment including an understanding of SaaS and recurring service business models.Previous sales team leadership experience.Solid sales skills and price management (value-based pricing).Experience collaborating with cross functional teams (delivery, R&D, supply chain, sales, etc.).Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and ERP/CRM related tools.Ability to speak fluently in English.Advanced time management and analytical skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention on details.An understanding of EIC/ISO 62443 Certification and Cybersecurity frameworks.Let us learn about you!
