OT Cybersecurity Business Consultant - Eastern USA

Responsible for leading the commercial growth and development of Operational (OT) Cybersecurity solutions and services in the Eastern US and Canada. This is a revenue-driven customer facing role, offering interaction with internal and external stakeholders across all industries within the assigned geography.

What will you do?

Segment/Geography Leader responsible for achieving sustainable selling strategy and opportunity pipeline as part of a highly engaged, highly skilled and high performing team of Cybersecurity sales and pre-sales specialistsEnsures the development of tailored value propositions and strategies for customer communicationCombines consultative selling, solution selling, digital solution architecture and business case approaches to develop tactical plans to achieve company goals and directives.Coach Schneider Electric sales teams in the assigned segment/geography to ensure development of validated opportunities and lead them to close. Identify which opportunities are likely to be valuable for the customer and profitable for Schneider Electric.Manages after sales customer success and develops new opportunities to extend the scope of the sales.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?Bachelor's Degree in a business, marketing, engineering or computer related field is desirable5+ years' experience in a digital sales / solution environment including an understanding of professional services, SaaS, Managed Services, and recurring service business modelsStrong understanding of the OT space, including the type of equipment present (PMS/BMS/UPS/ICS), leading protocols, and network models.Strong understanding of new and established 3rd party OT cybersecurity technologiesPrevious experience developing and progressing an accurate pipeline of opportunities, including closing orders valued above $1MSolid sales skills and price management (value-based pricing)Experience collaborating with cross functional teams (delivery, R&D, supply chain, sales, etc.)Advanced Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com skillsAbility to speak fluently in English, bilingual (Spanish) is desirable as wellAdvanced time management and analytical skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailAn understanding of IEC 62443, NIST 800, and other Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity standards and frameworksCISSP certification is a plus, but not necessary
