Responsibilities:
The Safety Manager in the
Boston, MA region
supports specific client needs by ensuring best practices are implemented, safety compliance requirements are met, and enhance a culture of safety.Oversee all aspects of a commercial construction project ensuring OSHA complianceConduct daily safety meetingsComplete accident reports and conduct accident investigationsDaily safety audits and inspectionsOversee all subcontractors and contractorsOversee Fall Protection, Scaffolding, Steel Erection, and ExcavationQualifications:
Minimum 7 years direct construction safety experience with knowledge of safety standards requiredExperience in pharmaceutical construction preferredDegree in a safety related field preferredOSHA 30-hr in ConstructionOSHA 510/500 a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skills requiredProficient Microsoft Office skillsEmbody HazTek's Core Values of Integrity, Compassion, Dependability, Leadership, Accountability.Overview:
