Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Chief of Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services to oversee and lead our mental health rehabilitation programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating psychosocial services to support individuals in their recovery journey.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement psychosocial rehabilitation programs in alignment with regulatory standards.Supervise and mentor a team of counselors, therapists, and social workers.Conduct assessments to determine individualized treatment plans.Provide counseling and therapy sessions focusing on psychopharmacology, gender issues, and art therapy.Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided.
Requirements
Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Nursing or Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or Occupational Therapy from an accredited university.2 years experience in behavioral intervention and rehabilitation program development and implementation.Progressively responsible professional experience in a mental health program related to the formulation and implementation of treatment and discharge planning, and rehabilitation programming.Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology, gender issues counseling, and art therapy.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.State licensure as a Psychologist, Social Worker, or Counselor.
