Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Director of Behavioral Health to oversee and manage our behavioral health programs. The ideal candidate will lead a team of professionals to provide high-quality mental health services to our clients.Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and evaluate behavioral health programs and services.Provide clinical supervision and guidance to staff members.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.Collaborate with other departments to integrate behavioral health services into overall patient care.Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy as needed.Monitor program outcomes and make recommendations for improvement.Qualifications
Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.Current licensure as a Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor, or related discipline.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in behavioral health management.Strong leadership and communication skills.Experience with art therapy, gender issues counseling, and psychopharmacology is preferred.Knowledge of SAPTA
