We’re looking for an Associate Media Director to lead communications planning, map consumer journeys, leverage competitive insights and implications, and – wait, there’s more – refine/optimize media plans based on performance. This magnificent media maven will also have oversight and responsibility for the day-to-day management of tactical media plans and their proper implementation, working to implement the brand’s overall media strategy in the context of changing marketplace conditions and opportunities. Provide media leadership on clients’ businesses, establishing strong client relationships as the main point-of-contact across the portfolio.Takes nothing at face value and pushes all partners to deliver innovative programs creating custom, impactful experiences.Provide excellent client service by being responsive, accountable and detail-oriented.Deliver high-quality media plans for clients, serving up a smart, thoughtful understanding of how offline and online channels can achieve (and exceed) objectives and goals.Manage and supervise a team in day-to-day media management serving as a mentor/resource for the team.Lead strategic planning and media mix exercises including deck creation, budget and channel allocation, target audience development and competitive insights.Manage media planning and buying for both offline (TV, OOH, radio, print) and online media (programmatic, CTV/OTT, online video, audio, display) through all steps of the process from RFPing, partner evaluations, negotiations, final execution and reporting.Partner with the Director of Analytics to ensure that a strong testing and reporting structure is in place to measure against KPIs throughout the campaign duration, including taking advantage of analytics opportunities such as omnichannel attribution reporting, brand lift/equity analysis, foot traffic reporting, sales lift/ROAS reporting, etc.Ability to train and inspire a team, fostering a strong, cohesive working environment.Ability to research and implement new techniques and technologies that are relevant to clients’ media strategies, fostering organic growth.Responsible for management and development of Media Associates, Senior Associates and Supervisors.Encourage an agency culture that’s based on teamwork, collaboration and support.Qualifications

6+ years traditional (TV, OOH, radio, print) and digital (display, programmatic, video, paid social, etc.) media planning and buying experience.Strong team communication and collaboration with the ability to gain trust and confidence from peers and clients.Detail-oriented and highly analytical.Team player – dependable, respectful and communicative.Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.Demonstrated strong problem solving and project management skills.Strong background in the following tools/software.Ability to think in an integrated fashion across online and offline media tactics to ensure strong ROAS outcomes.Strong work ethic.Accountability
