As a trainer, you’re passionate about developing differentiated instruction and delivering it in exciting ways. You know that learning styles vary, and you thrive in helping people grasp new information. Bring your passion for developing and delivering a diverse group of training programs to our NAVSEA Team Submarine Undersea Warfare Training team.As a Submarine Training Support Program Analyst on our team, you’ll provide hybrid instruction for our internal, external, and foreign partners through live audience or recorded instruction. You’ll showcase your technical expertise and industry knowledge and collaborate to devise creative solutions for mission-critical problems. 10+ years of experience in program or project managementKnowledge of Navy acquisition programs particularly submarine and shore-based training systemsAbility to understand client issues and deliver new and unique capabilities to solve problemsSecret clearanceHS diploma or GEDNice If You Have:
10+ years of experience with Navy acquisition or In-Service Programs3+ years of experience as program managerKnowledge of DoD 5000 requirementsBachelor's degree in a business or technical fieldPMP or DAU III certificationClearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.Compensation:

The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
