As a Submarine Training Support Program Analyst on our team, you'll provide hybrid, instruction for our internal, external and foreign partners through live audience or recorded instruction. You'll showcase your technical expertise and industry knowledge and collaborate to devise creative solutions for mission-critical problems. In this role, you will be armed with the resources you need to excel.

You Have:
  • 10+ years of experience in program or project management
  • Knowledge of Navy acquisition programs particularly submarine and shore-based training systems
  • Ability to understand client issues and deliver new and unique capabilities to solve problems
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED


Nice If You Have:
  • 10+ years of experience with Navy acquisition or In-Service Programs
  • 3+ years of experience as program manager
  • Knowledge of DoD 5000 requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field
  • PMP or DAU III certification


Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
