Nurse Practitioner (NP)
with at least 2 years of experience in outpatient, primary care setting, who would like the opportunity to join our thriving and provider-driven, outpatient practice, partnering with a collegial and supportive team.Our ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional and individualized patient care that emphasizes preventative care while helping to manage acute and chronic medical conditions. We are looking for a NP who is comfortable with a wide range of patients from small children to geriatrics.Highlights:
Full-time (4 - 4.5 day workweek)Compensation: $120,000 - $180,000/yearFull health benefits package (health, vision, life, dental)PTO, 401K, CMEPaid Licensure, DEA & MalpracticeProvisions for relocation100% outpatientProvider autonomy with strong admin & group support40 min establishing appointmentsLight, shared call (no hospital call)Minimum Qualifications:Required Qualifications & Abilities:Minimum 2 years experience as a Nurse Practitioner within an out-patient Primary Care clinicCurrent Nurse Practitioner licenseClinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patientsStrong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnosticsKnowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindicationsIn-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practicesExcellent oral and written communication skillsRespect for patient's confidentialityCompassionate and approachableResponsible and trustworthyAttend work regularly and on time
