Build high-performing and scalable computer vision modelsWork on all stages of the model development life cycle from defining data requirements, metrics, and labeling needs to deploying final models as part of the productRapidly iterate algorithms to improve performance and generalization to new dataCollaborate with stakeholders and end-user product owners to understand computer vision needsStay current on the latest Machine Learning and Computer Vision research and implement state-of-the-art concepts in productionEffectively communicate results and ideas via presentations and technical reportsBased in our Arlington, Va. office but will require some work at customer sites in the D.C. area and occasional travel to corporate offices in Palo Alto, Calif.WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Active TS/SCI clearanceBachelor's degree in a STEM field (e.g. statistics, mathematics, machine learning, computer science, physics, engineering, etc.)Masters or PhD preferred5+ years of industry experience in Computer Vision3+ years of experience coding Computer Vision models in Python that live in production systemsExperience in implementing object detection, classification, semantic segmentation, GANs, Transformers, Diffusion models, and Synthetic data generation from idea conception to production-grade modelExperience in applying these techniques to overhead imagery (satellite and other aerial imagery) is a big plusFamiliarity with frameworks like Pytorch, Tensorflow, and ONNX, and other tools such as MLFlow, Tensorboard, Kubeflow, Docker, and CUDAAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentPrior experience with Agile development methodologiesLocated in or ability to relocate to the Washington, D.C. are
