Asset Management Coordinator

Legacy Senior Living is searching for a Director of Asset Management to provide support and analysis for over thirty senior living locations across various states. Responsibilities include completing financial analysis, assisting with sourcing and purchasing, as well as various projects, license renewals, and reporting. This position will report to the Vice President of Asset Management and will provide overall assistance to the company in a variety of real estate, financial, and asset support needs.

Description

Essential/Primary Responsibilities:

Assist in managing/developing business intelligence to provide real-time data to end users.

Complete review and analysis of a portfolio of assets, including business plan/reviews and presentations to ownership and lenders.

Complete monthly review of company financials looking for opportunities to increase profitability.

Assist with Company Reporting to ownership, lenders, and the executive leadership team.

When necessary, assist with lender relationships including acquisitions, due diligence, refinance, or disposition.

Maintain expertise on purchasing, accounting, and other software platforms.

Assist in special and ad hoc projects as required, i.e., portfolio real estate tax and insurance programs.

Assist with Information Technology projects.

Complete necessary administrative tasks according to asset management goals.

Ensure documentation and adherence to Asset Management policies and procedures, as well as develop and process improvements for efficiency and profitability.

Complete other necessary duties as assigned.

Experience and Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Accounting, or Information Services; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a corporate setting.

Two to three years of experience preferred.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate mathematical information into understandable reports.

Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

A general understanding (and interest) in various information services (i.e., software, hardware, data science & database administration) is preferred.

Ability to work independently as well as coordinate across multiple departments is required.

Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information is required.

Position is based in Cleveland, Tennessee, at a fast-paced work environment requiring excellent time management skills.
