Planet Technologies, the Nation’s leading Microsoft services provider to the public sector, is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our growing team as an MS 0365 Principal Consultant. In this role, you will be supporting impactful projects that make a difference for our country.In this role you will work closely with Microsoft Account Delivery Executive and/or Microsoft Project Manager as the Microsoft advocate and sole or shared technical lead in a cleared environment. You will be responsible to enable development, analysis, deployment, and/or solution to remain on schedule and in line with the current capabilities and future directions of Microsoft products.Responsibilities
Participate in strategic planning sessions with MCS technical project lead(s) and customer staffParticipate in delivering technical presentations to customer staffServe as technical project leadAnalyze technical requirements and develop effective technical solutionsLead role in conceiving architectural designsLead role in current environment assessmentSkills Required
Eight or more years demonstrated performance in related technology.Experienced in topics such as complex networks, messaging, cross-platform integration and large-scale, complex systems design and implementation.This individual will have been trained in one or more of the following areas: Microsoft Solutions Framework, product futures, and relevant Certified Training associated with Microsoft's products.Azure Skills
Identity planning, design, implementationAzure deployments (identity and Sync, possibly some networking)Azure security - Sentinel and Defender as availableReview Policy from governance and policy for AzureO365 Skills
O365 Implementation/configurationDefine Governance and Policy changesO365 Automation (PowerShell) Could reuse ISD solutionsData migrations (Exchange)Workload/application migrationsData protection (DLP, SharePoint)Essentials
