Visa U.S.A. Inc., a Visa Inc. company, needs a Senior Financial Analyst (multiple openings) in San Francisco, CA to:Analyze the trends emerging within Visa’s business lines by building strong knowledge of Visa’s business through constant communication with partners.Conduct quantitative analysis to provide proactive insight into Visa’s business drivers.Support executive level presentations of financials for President and prepare the President’s presentations to internal and external audiences including the Board of Directors.Conduct valuation of potential acquisition targets. Design business plans for new acquisitions.Be proactive and resourceful in fully utilizing publicly available data.Up to 10% of domestic and international travel is required.Position reports to the San Francisco, California office and may allow for partial telecommuting.Basic Qualifications:Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field, and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Senior Financial Analyst-related occupation.Competitive benchmarking on market share, volume growth, yield, revenue growth, operating margin, capital productivity, as well as growth vs. profitability trade-off analysis and capital allocation framework from budgeting analysis.Building full revenue forecast from identified market, market share, pricing and product mix, as well as building cost base forecast including sales and marketing, R&D, Product and support functions.Estimating cost and revenue synergies from acquiring a company across all business lines, as well as estimating integration costs for acquiring target company across product, R&D, HR, IT, Finance, Legal.Knowledge of Equity and Debt capital markets, including valuation multiples, computing total shareholder returns for adjusted dividends and buybacks, and building consensus revenue forecast.Domestic and cross-border payments industry experience.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.Travel Requirements:

Up to 10% of domestic and international travel is required.Mental/Physical Requirements:

This position will be performed in an office setting.
