We also have international offices in Montreal, Canada, and Zug, Switzerland, and are expanding across Europe.The Business Development & Operations (BD & Ops) is a high-visibility strategic role that is focused on risk-trade off assessments in drug development decisions, with an ability to execute on business development transactions when necessary. This includes setting up strategic timelines, the scientific plan, business plan, strategy, NPV modeling, Gantt Charts, vendor relations, contract negotiations, execution and management. The Associate Director of BD&Ops reports to the Senior Director of Strategy and Operations at BridgeBio, and will specifically focus on the strategic, competitive intelligence and business development activities for QED Therapeutics, the skeletal dysplasias affiliate within BridgeBio. The candidate must have demonstrated excellence at managing diverse stakeholders, many at a very senior level, and exquisite attention to detail. Given the intense focus on science within BridgeBio, the candidate must have a solid scientific background and knowledge of drug development process.Responsibilities

Driving cross-functional alignment and harmonization of strategy with operational activities for the expansion area clinical programIdentifying and collaborating with functional experts as strategic partners to support the success of infigratinibOwning competitive intelligence for achondroplasia and hypochondroplasiaAble to run a partnering process under some supervision (e.g. introductory calls with third parties, initial negotiations – verbal, in-person, emails)Supporting the development of infigratinib and evaluating strategic investmentPerforming other strategic analyses as needed by the CompanySet, prioritize and manage milestones & deliverables for team members in one or more subsidiary companiesCoordinate team meetings and delegate to technical experts in one or more subsidiary companiesInterpret, collate, and communicate critical data findings in a concise manner to senior managementAbility & desire to identify problems, locate the resources and find data-driven solutions independent of supervisionNo matter your role at BridgeBio, successful team members are:Patient Champions, who put patients first and uphold strict ethical standardsEntrepreneurial Operators, who drive toward practical solutions and have an ownership mindsetTruth Seekers, who are detailed, rational, and humble problem solversIndividuals Who Inspire Excellence in themselves and those around themHigh-quality executors, who execute against goals and milestones with quality, precision, and speedEducation, Experience & Skills Requirements
