Pay Range: $250K to $430K per year.

Job Overview:This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of transforming IT functions, aligning them with business goals, and driving innovation to position the organization for future growth.

Job Duties:

Strategic IT Planning:

Develop and oversee a strategic IT plan that aligns with the organization's business goals, ensuring a robust and scalable technical infrastructure that supports future growth and innovation.AI and Innovation Leadership:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven solutions, leveraging emerging technologies to drive innovation and enhance business capabilities.Cybersecurity Strategy:

Provide strategic direction for the organization’s cybersecurity program, establishing agile processes to adapt to evolving threats and ensuring the protection of data and digital assets.Strategic Partnerships:

Identify and foster strategic partnerships with technology vendors, manage contract negotiations, and ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness of technology solutions.Customer Experience Enhancement:

Collaborate with executive leadership to develop strategies and tactics that enhance customer experience, increase satisfaction, and drive customer loyalty through technology initiatives.Data Protection and Compliance:

Establish and enforce comprehensive security policies for data protection, compliance, and confidentiality, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices.Technology Roadmap Development:

Develop the long-term strategy for the organization’s technology platforms, translating it into a clear and achievable roadmap that guides IT investments and priorities.Center of Excellence (CoE) Leadership:

Act as the leader of the Center of Excellence for IT and digital functions, with end-to-end responsibility for strategy, management, platform engineering, governance, financials, operations management, and cloud enablement.Enterprise and Solution Architecture:

Define and oversee the enterprise architecture and solution architecture functions, ensuring that technology solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs.Architecture Reviews:

Conduct architecture reviews of technology solutions to ensure adherence to best practices, scalability, security, and cost optimization, providing guidance and adjustments as needed.Performance Measurement:

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of digital initiatives, ERP systems, and other technology projects across the organization.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Manage relationships and facilitate communication and collaboration between IT and other departments, promoting cross-functional partnerships internally and externally with technology vendors.Digital Transformation Leadership:

Drive digital initiatives and lead the organization through technology-driven transformations, positioning the company as a leader in digital innovation and operational excellence.Operational Efficiency and Competitive Advantage:

Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and gain a competitive advantage in the market.Global IT Team Leadership:

Build and lead high-performing global IT teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, while mentoring and developing team members to achieve their full potential.Required Skills/Abilities:

Must be a master problem solver, experienced with leadership roles with numerous business units, working with diverse teams, and managing IT professionals, including onsite, remote, and contractors.Manage internal and external partner integration and performance.Optimize operating model, throughput, and value clients receive for their investments.Proactively initiate and drive change in processes, tools, and capabilities that increase operational efficiency and effectiveness while concurrently improving the customer experience and complying with regulatory requirements.Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing technology solutions.Strong understanding of the latest technologies and industry best practices.Identify and resolve barriers to effectively plan/build/run technology assets.Ability to communicate with the employee base and leadership team.Design and customize systems and platforms to improve customer experience.Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s Degree preferred.15+ years of progressive leadership, strategic, and delivery experience in information technology.Drive transformation efforts and on-time delivery of high-impact new product introductions (NPI). Proven track record of success in building scalable solutions.Maintain customer commitments, balance risks vs. opportunities, and challenge the status quo.Rationalize and restructure the engineering team as needed to identify and fill ability gaps.Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to drive consensus and manage stakeholders at all levels.Excellent project management skills, including effectively creating and managing program plans, budgets, and resources.History of executing with excellence: setting purposeful goals and achieving them through intelligent actions, which balance competing priorities without losing momentum behind the execution.Demonstrated leadership style that fosters accountability, transparent communication, and innovation.Experience working in a global business environment, managing virtual teams, and collaborating across geographies is a plus.Core Competencies:
