Activity Director
We are looking for someone with a desire to work with seniors. You would be responsible for coordinating the activity program for residents of our community through recreational, educational, spiritual, and life skill programs in a therapeutic manner. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and time management skills, self-motivation, flexibility, good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively as a team member. We seek someone who is outgoing, professional, cheerful, optimistic, and creative with the residents and their families.
Educational Requirements:
High school or equivalent
Recreational director certificate/degree
Job Specifics:
Full Time
Position Requirements:
Professional, friendly, dependable, and punctual individuals.
Exemplary customer service and creativity to schedule residents’ daily recreation activities.
Complete and document resident activity assessments.
Follow a comprehensive plan of care for individual residents.
COVID vaccination is optional for this position.
