Activity Director
Park View Rehab Center is a skilled nursing facility that provides a range of services, including nursing care, medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, and rehabilitation therapy. We are seeking an Activity Director. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing a program of therapeutic activities designed to meet the social, spiritual, intellectual, emotional, educational, and physical needs and interests of residents in accordance with the comprehensive resident care plan.
Educational Requirements:
Completion of a state approved training course - 36 hour certification
Qualification as Occupational Therapist, Therapist Assistant, Activity Professional, Recreational Therapist who is licensed or registered
Position Requirements:
Two years of experience conducting social/recreational programs within the past five years, one of which was full-time in a patient activities program in a health care setting
