, Property Technical Branch is looking for two (2) valuation analysts to assist with developing systemic methods suitable for mass valuation along with other programs appropriate for assessing real property throughout the City. This position does not require previous experience as a real property appraiser; however, your appraisal skills will help with your assignments.Level I (SR-20) $4,858/month:

Performs moderately difficult technical assignments in real property valuation analysis projects and assists higher level analysts in completing selected segments of more difficult real property valuation analysis projects and appraisals of complex properties and disputed valuations; and performs other duties as required.Level II (SR-22) $5,258/month:

Performs the full range and variety of technical assignments in real property valuation analysis projects; advises appraisers in the valuation of properties; and performs other duties as required.If you qualify for the position, your name will be placed on an eligible list for further consideration.
