Welcome to our posting for Vice President of Sales!

Summary:

As a leader of Sales, you will be working with our various internal Sales/Purchasing/Customer Service teams! You will primarily be responsible for overseeing day-to-day Sales Operations and managing the sales teams. You will develop and manage a sales team to promote growth and develop key airline and customer relationships. We are looking to expand and need key Sales Leaders to help us grow! We offer various benefits and competitive salary.

Responsibilities:

As a member of our Sales team, some of your duties will include but are not limited to:

Overall sales development and function.

Promote growth at DRIFT Aerospace.

Induce different types of sales strategies and assist in overall sales.

Provide sales goals and objectives for sales teams.

Manage and develop key airline and customer relationships.

Manage and develop the sales team, including hiring, training, and disciplining employees.

Basic/Minimum Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

College Degree.

Must be able to read and write in English.

Be organized and have the ability to work well within a team.

Have reliable transportation.

Bonus/Preferred Requirements:

Management Experience (1-2+ Years).

Sales Experience.

Previous Aviation Experience.
