Corporate Banking (CB) is a technology centric business, with an increasing move to real-time processing. Joining our team is a unique opportunity to help rebuild the core of some of our most mission critical processing systems. In this role, you will collaborate with senior leaders and support key initiatives across the technology landscape.

What You’ll Do
Act as part of a talented software team that works on mission-critical platform, leverage best practices, and influence decisions
Java/Kotlin applications development in an Agile environment while leading expertise in the full software development lifecycle
Collaborate with engineers, influence, and contribute to technical discussions
Lead Research and Design (RnD) mini projects
Partner with the UI/UX design team, architects, business analysts and stakeholders
Mentor and direct more junior developers
How You’ll Lead
Play a leading role in the software team, providing guidance and influence
Partner with the product team and enterprise infrastructure architects
Collaborate with enterprise risk team and production services
Skills You’ll Need
Bachelors or Masters degree in the field of computer science and/or technology
Strong experience with Agile software development frameworks and processes
Experience in designing and implementing distributed enterprise applications
Knowledge in or readiness to learn quickly Kotlin, Koin, Ktor, etc.
Experience implementing applications onto Cloud Platform (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Cary office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Cary is $125,000 to $203,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including skill set, experience, education, and other qualifications.
