Whether you are turning an apartment to create the perfect move-in experience for new residents or resolving service requests to ensure that our current residents feel at home, every day is filled with new challenges.A bit more about what you’ll do…Lead and develop a team of 1+ direct reportsProvide exemplary service to residents and team membersManage all aspects of property maintenance which includes vendor relationships, service staff, preventative maintenance, apartment turns, and resident service requestsCommunicate property maintenance and capital needs to management and ensure maintenance and capital needs are addressedEnsure property follows/in compliance with AIR operating procedures/guidelines, regulations, and other compliance matters including those related to Environmental Health & SafetyManage budget efficiently to maximize return on investment while maintaining the highest level of quality and customer serviceMinimum Requirements:At least 3 years of experience with technical maintenance and facilities management ideally in property management or similar industry (hospitality, retail, restaurants, etc.)1-3 years of experience leading a team of people in customer service and asset maintenanceAs an AIR Service Manager you

must

have:A reliable mode of transportationAbility to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks (depending on community needs and seasonality), and on-call shifts (at least one week a month)Comfort with physical activity as you must be able and willing to move heavy equipment and machineryAbility to read, write, and speak EnglishThe most successful AIR Service Managers are:Passionate about team buildingStrong with mechanical aptitudeSolution-focusedPracticalMotivatedCustomer service orientedHighly organizedGreat trouble-shootersExperts on attention to detailAIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance at the individual, team, and company levels. We start with a competitive base salary and add bonus opportunities and benefit choices topped off with:Expected pay rate of $80,000–$95,000.

You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.Service Managers/Technicians who excel can earn up to $1,500 in quarterly Customer Service Satisfaction bonuses.Options
