Our recruitment team will review and be in touch.Contingent upon the successful closing of the management agreement for this asset, AIR Communities is hiring an Apartment Community Manager for a 200+ unit Luxury property near Downtown Boston!AIR offers a competitive annual salary, quarterly bonuses, and an opportunity to

They are industry front runners and influencers who deliver extraordinary customer experiences and always strive to exceed business goals.A bit more about what you’ll do…Lead and develop a team of at least 2 direct reportsProvide exemplary service to residents and team membersResponsible for the property budget, increasing revenue, and achievement of operational and financial goalsManage leasing and maintenance team members, facilitates leasing activities, revenue growth, resident satisfaction as well as adherence to legal standards and company policies.QualificationsAt least 4 years of experience with sales, customer service, and asset management ideally in property management or similar industry (hospitality, retail, restaurants etc.)2-4 years of experience leading a team of people in competitive sales and customer service environmentProven leader with ability to mentor and coach a diverse group of team membersDemonstrated ability using sales processes and metrics to drive resultsPossess general understanding of financials and budgetsKnowledge of various property management systems and tools (ie, Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce etc.)Additional InformationAIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance at the individual, team and company levels. We start with a competitive base salary and add bonus opportunities and benefit choices:Expected Salary range of $85,000-$100,000 + 15% target bonus opportunity.

You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.An Apartment Benefit option is available

to live on-site at the community you are working. The market rent is included as additional income to your base salary and automatically applied to the 100% of the rent cost. Income taxes apply to 80% of the rent cost, as it is considered taxable income.

The unit will be selected and approved by Operations leadership based on availability (certain exclusions apply, specific unit is based on availability and must be approved by operations leadership and an application is required).Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options available.
