Marketing Project Manager

who will join our eCustomer Marketing team and work at our corporate headquarters located in

the heart of the Denver Tech Center

Denver, CO!You will lead the implementation of marketing strategy and high-profile initiatives as defined by marketing leadership. Additionally, assist in the development of marketing strategy to meet business objectives.Responsible for executing key tasks and possessing knowledge of day-to-day operations.Collaborate across teams to manage project needs, meet timelines, conduct UAT, and analyze data from transcripts.Duties also include communicating with 3rd party vendors on a regular basis to achieve improved business results and meet our high-quality standards.Pursuing initiatives in AI technology, aimed at pushing the boundaries of automation and intelligent systems.Key skills in this role include excellent time management, communication skills, collaboration, priority setting, concept development, and multi-tasking.Proactively seek and present business and technical opportunities to improve marketing of AIR Communities.Monitor competitor business intelligence and stay current with industry business and technical trends.Responsible for managing medium to large size projects that may involve the management of developers and team members from other functional areas.Lead and manage the implementation of marketing projects, which includes resource and project planning, execution and status updates.Possess knowledge of all aspects of the department’s marketing business and technical infrastructure.Coordinates with team members to accomplish project objectives.AIR values relationships and the benefits from working side by side with teammates; therefore,

this is an in-office, on-site five days per week opportunity.QualificationsBachelor’s degree.5-7 years of directly related experience in marketing program management.Thrives on driving innovation and change that will propel the business forward.Consistently practices strategic thinking and nimble problem-solving tactics to stay ahead of business priorities.Strong communication skills (verbal and written).This is an in-office opportunity.Additional InformationAIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance at the individual, team and company levels. We start with a competitive base salary and add bonus opportunities and benefit choices topped off with:Expected pay rate of

$80,000 - $82,000 plus 10% annual target bonus.
