This position will identify target accounts and develop effective strategies leading to the successful closing and growth of qualified aircraft management clientele. The position will have direct responsibility for the clients primarily in the Southeast Region to optimize sales and marketing efforts. The purpose of this position is to broaden the FlightWorks clientele base and grow profitable aircraft management and charter revenue.Essential Job Functions:

Develop and present standard and customized Management Services proposals to potential customers. Negotiate and finalize profitable long-term management agreements.Achieve annual sales targets set by the VP of Sales while adhering to budget constraints. Expand FlightWorks' Aircraft Management services within the designated market using proactive sales techniques, including prospecting. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of available service offerings.Network with representatives from aviation service providers, such as aircraft manufacturers, maintenance and refurbishment facilities, financing groups, aircraft sales brokers, consultants, FBO operators, local business members, travel professionals, and charter brokers.Document and manage all sales activities in the FlightWorks CRM system, ensuring timely updates across the company-wide system. Optimize prospective sales call activities to maximize the number of visits per travel event.Prepare weekly sales activity reports detailing sales calls, key prospect statuses, future sales activities, and forecasts. Provide analysis of the market potential and competitor intelligence within the territory.Maintain daily, monthly, and annual goals, which are developed in collaboration with the VP of Sales and the President.Ensure customer satisfaction standards established by FlightWorks are upheld.Minimum Requirements:

Bachelors degree in business, marketing, aviation management, or related field7 - 10 years previous field sales and/or territory management experience required5 - 7 years previous experience managing a sales teamAviation industry experience a huge plus.Proven track record of sales and revenue achievementAbility to travel extensively.Reliable transportationSolid communication and presentation skillsDemonstrated ability to build strong relationships.
