And we're determined, always staying open - winning and failing as one.We're looking for a Senior Business Resolute Compliance Analyst to join our ever-evolving Compliance team to help us unleash the potential of every business.About the teamOur Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams ensure we're doing business the right way. They help us balance a healthy risk appetite, so we're empowered to expand our horizons. The Issues Management team is a second-line function that provides governance and oversight over legal, risk, and compliance issues and control gaps. Team members liaise with stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure issues are properly categorized, assessed, and remediated timely. In addition, this team analyzes issue data for trends and themes to enhance the overall risk management function.What you'll own:Analyze and manage the enterprise issues portfolio and lifecycle.Create and distribute Issues Management reports.Collaborate and lead calls with stakeholders to implement problem-solving solutions.Monitor issues progress and ensure compliance with standards and processes.Contribute to projects and initiatives on the roadmap.Where you'll own itYou'll own it in our Denver, CO or Cincinnati, OH hub. While we're a large team of Worldpayers based in North America, we have collaborative spaces and regular opportunities to celebrate with each other in person.What you bring:Strong analytical skills including solving and communicating complex problems, data analytics, measurement, and reporting needed to drive continuous improvement.5-7 years of professional experience in an analyst role, such as Risk and Compliance.Strong understanding and knowledge of Risk and Compliance management processes.Experience with GRC systems, such as Archer or ServiceNow.Ability to lead group calls and provide presentations and training as necessary.Worldpay perks - what we'll bring for youWe know it's bigger than just your career. The pay range for this full-time position is $93,640.00 - $157,300.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting salaries will vary based on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and location.
