From the hardware to the networks and everything between, they humbly make it all happen.The Digital Workspace Team specifically manage the end user compute experience, enabling Worldpay users to work from laptops, mobile devices and virtual desktops. These compute endpoints need to be connected, reliable and performant in order to optimize our human capital throughout the business.What you'll ownChange is a constant in the modern world, you will help the team to navigate the complexities through analysis and problem solvingThe customer comes first in all that we do, so you will help the team to understand what's needed by managing requirements, then through documenting, tracking and analyzing, recommend viable solutionsRunning analysis within complex projects and workstreamsAnalyzing the present and future business processes to drive continuous improvements, improve governance and complianceCreating reports to help communicate valuable information throughout the team and on a wider scale to the businessHelping to monitor, maintain and improve the quality of IT products / services through analyticsDeveloping document materials and training literature when beneficialBusiness leader and stakeholder managementWhere you'll own itYou'll own the role in our thriving North American region, where the global headquarters are located (Cincinnati, Ohio) and there are also multiple regional offices. The role can be office located or remotely based with an association to the nearest office. While there is a large team of Worldpayers based in North America, many of whom are remote, there are collaborative spaces in each of the regional offices and there are regular opportunities to celebrate with each other in person.What you bringA bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics or related fieldA minimum of five years of experience in the following areas:

Business and technical requirements management (JIRA, Confluence), process modelling (Microsoft Viso), verification and methodology developmentData analytics, interpretation and visualisation techniques, including advanced use of software such as Tableau, Microsoft Excel and Power BI

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to organise meetings, prepare and present clear supporting documentationStrong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset, alongside an ability to negotiate with multiple businesses and stakeholders to find solutions for technical challengesAttention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy when under pressureAn open-minded, flexible and creative approach to workProficiency in a wide array of computer applications, e.g. Draw.io, Lucidchart and MiroAdded bonus if you haveFinancial Services, Banking, Payments and or Technology industry experienceAgile (Scrum, Kanban) and Lean Six Sigma experience and or qualificationsLarge Enterprise Database experience, such as Oracle, SQL, IBM Db2Worldpay perks - what we'll bring for youWe know it's bigger than just your career.
