Spanning across 120,000 square meters, the depot offers an excellent on-site café, end of trip facilities including secure bicycle storage and freshening up rooms. With the latest infrastructure and technology, the depot empowers all employees to create that perfect work-life balance whilst operating in an inclusive and diverse workplace.About this roleAs a Business Analyst you will provide accurate and timely analysis of business processes and/or information systems to develop recommendations relating to key strategic and operational improvement opportunities. This will be best achieved through using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Qlik Support (Qlik dashboard development and troubleshooting, development opportunity for the right candidate)Quality Management System assurance and administrative management (supporting the ongoing development and maintenance of the QMS for the business, supporting document reviews, aligning documents to QMS requirements). Also includes proactive process improvement opportunities, working with various teams to streamline, document and roll out new and improved processes.Tools and Equipment Compliance assurance and support (System administration management, process and system support, Operational Support Framework administrative development and ongoing management).About youWe are seeking someone with experience and attributes that include:Tertiary qualification in Business Analysis / Information Technology or in a related disciplineAt least 4+ years demonstrated experience in a related Business Analyst position.Understanding and experience of the full project management lifecycle, software and systems development, testing, quality assurance and deployment activities.Proven experience and highly developed skills in business, system and data analysis, functional/non-functional analysis, data modelling, process mapping, designing business cases, functional specifications and use cases.Proven advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent task and priority management skills.Experience working directly with key business stakeholders, including management at all levels.Our people are our priorityOur people play a vital role in creating an innovative, safe, and supportive workplace, living our values and delivering exceptional service to the communities in which we operate.We are committed to building a diverse workforce and inclusivity where all our people are valued and belong.
