FCP Euro is seeking a skilled and driven Director of Digital Analytics to join our team. As the Director of Digital Analytics, you will be accountable for driving actionable data intelligence and ensuring the robustness of our data infrastructure. This role is pivotal in enhancing our understanding of customer behavior through comprehensive website tracking and tagging, as well as deep dives into web analytics and user behavior.You will lead efforts in consumer insights and customer analytics, utilizing predictive analytics and modeling to forecast trends and inform strategic decisions. A key aspect of this role includes defining technology requirements and scoping projects that align with our data and analytics goals. You will also be responsible for creating and managing dashboards and reports that provide clear and actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization.In addition to leading the development and optimization of our customer data infrastructure, you will oversee the processes involved in tracking, managing, and routing customer data. This role requires a close partnership with technology, product, and marketing teams to ensure our data initiatives align with broader business objectives.The ideal candidate has significant experience in consumer analytics within a high-growth eCommerce environment. They are proficient in translating complex data into strategic insights and are comfortable working both strategically and tactically to enhance our data capabilities.Key Responsibilities:

Develops and executes the data strategy to drive actionable consumer insights and optimize customer behavior understanding.Leads website tracking, tagging, and user behavior analytics to enhance data collection and accuracy.Oversees predictive analytics and modeling to forecast trends and support data-driven decision-making.Manages the integration, development, and optimization of customer data infrastructure, ensuring seamless tracking, management, and routing.Designs and delivers comprehensive dashboards and reporting tools for cross-functional teams.Collaborates with technology, product, and marketing teams to align data strategy with broader business objectives.Delivers regular reporting on web analytics, customer behavior, and marketing activity impacts.Identifies and monitors key customer segments, utilizing data to inform marketing and product strategies.Develops and maintains technology requirements and data infrastructure to support scaling business needs.Provides leadership and guidance to the Digital Analytics team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.Minimum 7 years of experience in consumer analytics, business intelligence, or data science, including leadership and management.Proven track record of driving data-driven strategies that result in measurable business impact.Strong expertise in web analytics, predictive modeling, data infrastructure, and customer behavior analysis.Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing data infrastructure projects at scale.High-level technical expertise in marketing analytics, including experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI, or equivalent.Experience working with large analytics datasets using SQL and Python.Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.Experience in the automotive or high-growth retail eCommerce industry is highly desirable.Compensation:
