FCP Euro is seeking a skilled and driven Director of Lifecycle Marketing to join our team. As the Director of Lifecycle, you will be accountable for driving lifecycle attributed Revenue (email, sms & on-site lead capture) and improving Customer Lifetime Value through optimized messaging, timing, and targeting across the customer journey.

You will oversee the planning, execution, and continuous optimization of our communication strategy across email, SMS, and on-site channels, ensuring that every interaction enhances our customer experience & drives performance. In this role, you will identify, monitor, and improve the performance of key customer segments, deploying targeted loyalty and churn reduction strategies. You will also manage the integration, usability, and deployment of our Customer Data Platform (CDP), ensuring seamless operations and data flow.

Key responsibilities include delivering actionable business intelligence around customer cohort behavior, assessing the impact of marketing and non-marketing communications on customer behavior, and maintaining strict compliance with customer consent and marketing data regulations. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including customer experience, technology, product, and data analytics, to achieve our ambitious customer retention and growth objectives. It will also require you to manage, develop & grow a high-performing lifecycle marketing team.

The ideal candidate has significant experience in Lifecycle Marketing within a high-growth eCommerce environment and is adept at managing complex customer journeys. They are equally comfortable leading strategic initiatives and rolling up their sleeves to ensure day-to-day operational excellence.

Optimizes customer journey map with lifecycle messaging, timing, and targetingIdentifies, monitors, and improves the performance of target customer segmentsPlans, executes, and optimizes messaging strategy across email, SMS, and on-site lead captureManages integration, usability and deployment of Customer Data PlatformEnriches customer data & personalization with relevant contextDeploys customer loyalty and churn reduction strategiesDelivers business intelligence around customer cohort behavior and the impact of marketing/non-marketing activitiesManages customer consent & marketing data complianceManages, develops & grows lifecycle marketing teamQualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, or related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.Minimum 7 years of experience in lifecycle roles within eCommerce sector including leadership and managementProven track record of accomplishing high levels of lifecycle revenue, traffic, customer retention or similar performance.Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience building high-performance teams.High level of technical marketing expertise, including marketing analytics, data infrastructure, customer data, and marketing automation.Experience within automotive, or other highly technical retail industries, is highly desirable.Compensation:

This is an exempt salaried role with a base salary of $125,000 - $155,000 depending on experience, with a total compensation opportunity of $140,000 to $175,000 annually.
