POSITION PURPOSE

The Senior Marketing Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving the development, execution, and optimization of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with and contribute to the overarching growth and success of the Credit Union. This position oversees all marketing operations, including strategic planning, campaign development, marketing analytics, and data management, while ensuring that all initiatives support the Credit Union's brand, goals, and member engagement efforts.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the strategic development of marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), focusing on the growth of loans, membership, and non-interest income.

Architect and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the prospective member journey, driving brand awareness, and influencing net new member growth.

Oversee the development, execution, and management of the Credit Union's brand strategy and long-term marketing strategic plan, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Provide high-level analysis of market trends, competitive positioning, and business opportunities, informing strategic decisions and marketing direction.

Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, leading the creation and deployment of promotional materials and targeted marketing efforts to achieve market share growth.

Collaborate with senior leadership and the Community Engagement team to integrate marketing strategies with community outreach and partnership initiatives.

Establish and manage a robust marketing planning process, including the oversight of campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverables.

Partner with business units to design and implement innovative marketing campaigns that support the Credit Union's growth targets and member experience goals.

Build and maintain strategic partnerships with external organizations to enhance the Credit Union's market presence and expand its portfolio of financial products and services.

Provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic guidance to the marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting individual and team development.

Coordinate cross-functional marketing and branding initiatives with training, sales, and service teams, ensuring cohesive messaging and strategy implementation.

Spearhead the development and execution of the Credit Union's digital marketing strategy, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across all digital platforms.

Drive the creation and execution of a social media strategy aimed at deepening connections with prospects, members, and the community.

Develop and maintain comprehensive marketing performance dashboards, tracking key metrics such as membership growth, loan performance, and campaign ROI.

Lead the design and execution of marketing research initiatives, ensuring insights drive informed decision-making and strategic marketing planning.

Oversee the creation and implementation of monthly statement messages and inserts, ensuring consistency with brand strategy.

Maintain expert knowledge of member needs, consumer behavior, and industry trends, using insights to shape marketing initiatives and strategies.

Lead the development, management, and monitoring of the marketing budget, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and financial stewardship.

Ensure compliance with all national and state advertising regulations, maintaining a comprehensive marketing compliance file.

Drive the Credit Union's annual strategic marketing plan, leading projects from inception through completion to support organizational objectives.

Maintain strong communication across all departments to ensure alignment and collaboration in achieving the Credit Union's goals.

Uphold the Credit Union's values, regulatory standards, and information protection requirements in all marketing activities.

Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success and growth of the Credit Union.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $89,975.00 - $105,584.00 per year
