The Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Ignite Credit Union is a strategic leader responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all marketing and communication initiatives. This role focuses on driving brand development and maintenance, enhancing online presence through web design and internet marketing, and managing multi-brand marketing strategies. The Vice President of Marketing and Communications plays a critical role in ensuring that the credit union's brand remains strong, relevant, and competitive in the marketplace, while also promoting the organization's values and mission.

Brand Development and Maintenance : Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that reflects the mission, vision, and values of Ignite Credit Union. Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels, including digital, print, and in-person communications. Monitor market trends and conduct a competitive analysis to maintain a strong and differentiated brand position. Lead the creative direction of all marketing materials, ensuring they align with the brand's identity and resonate with target audiences.

Multi-Brand Marketing:

Develop and manage multi-brand marketing strategies that effectively promote various products, services, and campaigns under the Ignite Credit Union umbrella. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with product launches, promotions, and organizational goals. Oversee the creation of marketing materials and campaigns that target specific member segments, ensuring a personalized approach. Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Communications Strategy:

Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive communications strategy, including internal communications, public relations, and media outreach. Serve as the primary spokesperson for the credit union, managing media relations and ensuring positive coverage of the organization. Develop crisis communication plans and manage communications during any issues that could impact the credit union's reputation. Oversee the creation of newsletters, press releases, and other communications that keep members and employees informed and engaged.

Internet and Web Design:

Oversee the development, design, and maintenance of the credit union's website, ensuring it is user-friendly, accessible, and aligned with the brand's visual identity. Collaborate with IT and external vendors to implement SEO strategies that enhance online visibility and drive traffic to the website. Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising, to engage current members and attract new ones. Analyze website performance and user behavior, utilizing data to improve user experience and optimize content.
