About the Role:
As a Data Entry Clerk at Style Netbox, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating our digital and physical records. Your focus will be on accuracy and efficiency while handling sensitive company and client information.
Responsibilities:
Inputting and updating data in our systems accurately and efficiently.
Reviewing and verifying data for discrepancies or errors.
Maintaining digital and physical records in an organized manner.
Assisting in generating reports and data summaries as needed.
Communicating with other departments to ensure data consistency.
Scanning and organizing paper documents into digital formats.
Performing routine data entry tasks to support administrative processes.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management are a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
