Must-have skills:

3+ y with SAP CRM and ECC;Functional SAP experience;Migration exp, Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications or object-oriented analysis and design;Basic CRM architecture

Requirements:• Ability to work 100% at Client's site in Tallahassee, FL (required);• Experience with SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM), CRM Web-UI, S/4HANA, B/4HANA, Enterprise Central Component (ECC, Business Intelligence/Warehouse (BI/BW) and/or Interfaces in SAP (3 years);• Functional SAP experience;• Experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications or object-oriented analysis and design;• Experience with CRM architecture;• Experience in requirements development, system design, and testing.

Preferred:• Experience with all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Analysis, Physical and Logical design, Resource Planning, Code Development, Testing, Implementation, and Maintenance;• Experience in SAP S/4HANA related certifications;• Experience with ECC in SAP;• Child Support experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:• Assist in the periodic review and revision of the Operations and Maintenance sections of the CAMS Enterprise Project Plan. Provide opinions and guidance to the CAMS Project Manager;• Use the Project Management tool to record time and progress reporting. Assist in the development of project plans. Manage incidents using the Department tool;• Follow established plans and processes. Provide recommendations for updates as requested;• Perform a preliminary impact assessment of any support requests and provide an impact analysis that covers the impact on cost, resources, hardware, software, schedule, and any downstream impact to other IT systems, projects, or programs as requested. Lead and manage support requests as assigned. Complete assigned support request-related work;• Provide opinion on potential and proposed changes to CAMS. This may include options and suggestions for alternatives, as well as an impact analysis that covers the impact on cost, resources, hardware, software, schedule, and any downstream impact on other IT systems, projects, or programs;• Attend meetings related to CAMS Operations & Maintenance, and any CAMS-related modifications or enhancements. Schedule and lead meetings and provide agendas, presentations, minutes, issue, and decision papers;• Provide reports or opinions as directed by the CAMS Project Manager or designee. These are data to assist in decision-making, not changes migrated to production. Examples of reports/ opinions/ draft responses include providing responses to State and Federal agency inquiries, preparing formal or informal status reports including supporting documentation as needed, prepare materials for interagency, state, and federal audits and other systems reviews.
