We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional support.

Pay Range: $17.50 - $27.00 hourly

Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, handling mail, and maintaining office supplies.Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior staff.Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.Maintain filing systems, databases, and other records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.Assist in the preparation and coordination of company events, conferences, and client meetings.Communicate with internal teams and external clients to manage requests and inquiries.Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.Support the management team with project coordination and administrative tasks.Perform data entry, processing invoices, and tracking expenses.Ensure the office is organized, clean, and operating efficiently.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Professional demeanor and a customer service-oriented attitude.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.Benefits
