The ideal candidate will bring a portable business of $350,000 to $500,000 and will operate in a remote capacity.Duties:Lead and manage Corporate M&A transactions, providing expert legal counsel and strategic guidance.Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.Collaborate with other partners and legal professionals to enhance the overall performance of the practice group.Stay abreast of legal and industry trends relevant to Corporate M&A.Requirements:Proven track record as a Partner in a law firm with a focus on Corporate M&A.Demonstrated ability to bring a portable business ranging from $350,000 to $500,000.Strong leadership skills with the capacity to effectively manage and mentor legal professionals.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active membership in the Florida State Bar or eligibility for admission.Skills:In-depth knowledge of Corporate M&A laws and regulations.Exceptional client management and business development skills.Proficient in legal research, drafting, and negotiation.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
