The ideal candidate should bring a self-sustaining book of business totaling at least $1 million and be admitted to practice law in Florida. This position offers an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned legal professional to lead and contribute significantly to the firm's success in aviation law.Duties:
Business Development:Develop and maintain a self-sustaining book of business in aviation law.Drive strategic initiatives to expand the firm's presence in the aviation legal sector.Provide expert legal advice and representation in aviation-related matters.Oversee complex aviation transactions, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.Client Management:Cultivate and manage relationships with high-value clients in the aviation industry.Understand client needs and deliver tailored legal solutions.Leadership and Collaboration:Collaborate with firm leadership to set strategic goals and objectives.Provide leadership and mentorship to junior attorneys and legal staff.Practice Expansion:Contribute to the growth and diversification of the aviation law practice area.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the aviation sector.Requirements:
Portable Business:Must have a portable business in the practice area of aviation law.Book of Business:Possess a self-sustaining book of business of at least $1 million.Bar Admission:Must be admitted to practice law in Florida.Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Certifications:
